Because we work with verified vendors, we strive to ensure every item you purchase meets your expectations—whether it’s fashion, accessories, fabrics, electronics, or household essentials.

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds to keep your shopping experience transparent and stress-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return if:

✔ The wrong item was delivered

✔ The product delivered is defective or damaged

✔ The item received does not match the description or photos provided

✔ The product is incomplete (missing parts, accessories, or components)

To qualify, you must report the issue within:

⏱ 24–72 hours of receiving your order

This ensures we can verify the claim and support you quickly.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  2. Beauty or skincare products already opened
  3. Customized or tailored products
  4. Perishable items
  5. Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  6. Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the buyer

3. What We Need to Process a Return

When requesting a return, please provide:

  1. Clear photos or videos of the product
  2. Images of the damaged area (if applicable)
  3. A description of the issue
  4. Your order ID and registered phone number

This helps us resolve your case faster.

4. Return Options

Depending on the item and vendor, you may be eligible for:

A. Replacement

A new item will be shipped to you once the return is approved.

B. Exchange

You may exchange the product for another size, color, or similar item (subject to availability).

C. Refund

If a replacement or exchange is not possible, a refund may be issued:

✔ As wallet credit inside MarketConnect (fastest)

✔ Or refunded back to your bank or payment method (processing times vary)

5. Refund Timelines

Refunds are processed as follows:

Note: MarketConnect does not control banking or payment gateway delays.

6. Return Shipping

If the vendor is at fault (wrong or defective item):

✔ Return shipping is FREE

✔ Vendor bears the logistics cost

If the buyer changes their mind:

✔ Buyer may cover return shipping

✔ Only unused, unopened products can be returned in this case (when allowed)

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is shipped.

Once the item is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible—but you may request a return upon delivery if eligible.

8. Important Notes

  1. All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories intact.
  2. Only items purchased on MarketConnect are eligible for refunds or returns.
  3. MarketConnect may decline fraudulent, repeated, or abusive return claims.
  4. Vendors must comply with our return guidelines to maintain verified status.
